Scott Becker
Vice President, Engineering
Scott Becker was named corporate Vice President of Engineering in March 2009. Since joining FSI in 1992, previous positions included Vice President of Marketing and Product Management; Chief Technologist; Single Wafer Product Manager; and Process Development Engineer.
Previous to FSI he held engineering and business development management positions for Honeywell’s Solid State Electronics Division. Becker also served as co-chair of the Surface Prep Sub-Technology Working Group of the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors. Dr. Becker holds several wafer-cleaning patents and has authored many papers on cleaning technologies. He received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame in 1984.
