He further specialized himself by acquiring not only MHA Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer Stephanie Dorwart is responsible for business activities and consulting services for productivity benchmarking, implementation and monitoring, as well as recruitment and retention engagements. Her analytical and mathematical skills, combined with in-depth practical, healthcare experience enable her to lead and support consulting engagements in a variety of disciplines and settings. In addition to the development of SHARP Staffing®, AHS's productivity tool, her work includes qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation, performance measurement development, and strategic planning. Ms. Dorwart received an MHA from the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public Health and graduated magna cum laude from Duquesne University with a BS in mathematics and education.
