Theodore F. Bayer, President/CEO, Founder
Ted Bayer has nearly 30 years of extensive experience covering all facets of the Information Technology industry. His roles have encompassed the entrepreneurial as well as highly technical. SYSCOM Inc. is the first company Ted founded and has received a number of awards for rapid growth from Deloitte & Touche, Inc magazine, and others. Subsequent to starting SYSCOM, he founded TrainingServer, a pioneer provider of enterprise Learning Management Systems. He has been recognized as an Ernst & Young Maryland Entrepreneur of the Year in High Tech/Software. His technical achievements have included the design and implementation of leading-edge software, primarily in enabling integration of large-scale heterogeneous database systems and in computer aided software generation. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Carnegie-Mellon University.
