Prior to founding Horizon Resource Group, Todd Abner co-founded
and served as Vice President of Business Development for empactHealth.com,
a leading provider of business to business e-procurement solutions
to the healthcare industry.
Mr. Abner held several management positions with HCA, Hospital
Corporation of America prior to founding empactHealth.com. He
was most recently Chief Financial Officer for HealthTrust Purchasing
Group, L.P., an HCA subsidiary and GPO representing more than
900 hospitals with a collective purchasing volume of more than
$5 billion. He additionally managed the financial relationships
with HCA’s largest supply partners.
