and operational functions, Mr. Raniere is known both as a visionary and a
business leader in the New York marketplace on the world of banking

Prior to founding IDOM, he held senior-level positions with UBAF Arab
American Bank and Swiss American Securities. He is a member of the Institute
of Internal Auditors and Board Member of the International Financial
Services Association (IFSA) 2002 Board of Directors. Previously, he was the
