Dennis was the founder, President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Capital Alliance
Income Trust Ltd,.a mortgage real estate investment trust listed on American Stock Exchange
and its wholesale mortgage banking subsidiary Capital Alliance Funding Corporation
until the end of 2006.
