118 Ventures was formed to create passive real estate investment opportunities where everyone could participate. Our investors are focused on their individual careers and want to diversify into real estate, but don't want to devote a significant amount of time in researching, finding and negotiating deals. 118 Ventures creates and manages these opportunities for our investors. Our investors are able to leverage our real estate knowledge, experience and strategic relationships to gain access to world class opportunities. This allows our investors to invest without spending a significant amount of their time or disrupting their day to day lives.
118 Ventures founders, Michael Stebnicki and James Gable, met in 2000 while working together in the information technology industry. James approached Michael about investing in some opportunities Michael was working on and 118 Ventures was formed. Since its inception 118 Ventures has grown to include dozens of individual investors from all walks of life. Our investors include doctors, IT professionals, retirees, teachers, retail managers and business owners.
