Jorge Lovera and Ted Agoos established Agoos/Lovera Architects in September 1983, after several years of working together in leading Philadelphia design firms. The original staff of two has grown to more than thirty. The staffing quality and size provide our firm and clients with a significant level of technical depth, consistently high quality levels of design and documentation, and staffing flexibility. Since the beginning, our mission as a firm has been to provide the highest possible level of design service to a diversified client base. We reached that goal in 1985, with designs for private and public clients in the corporate, education, civic and community-related fields. Agoos/Lovera Architects’ sustained growth over the years has been with a clear sense of purpose and sound, ongoing long-range planning. Consistent with our growth, Dave Franke and Jim Rowe became principals in 1999, joining Jorge Lovera and Ted Agoos in leading Agoos/Lovera Architects. Agoos/Lovera Architects’ size and organizational structure allow the firm to successfully complete complex projects with a construction range of $1 million to $50 million.
