The Company will market its products in the U.S. through its own sales force, and plans to commercialize in ex-U.S. territories through partnerships.
ARCA is privately-held, and has raised about $35 million in financing. The Company recently closed a Series B round of $18 million, led by new investors Skyline Ventures and InterWest Partners. The company completed a $15 million Series A round in 2006 led by Atlas Venture and Boulder Ventures.
