Blogtronix was initially founded in 2005 by Vassil Mladjov and Nick Dimitrov. As an experienced streaming media consultant and technology manager on Wall St, Vassil identified some of the fundamental flaws in (then) current information systems. Often in large corporations, different business units literally had no idea what the other was doing. The fact that related projects were being worked on independently, and knowledge was highly segmented drove Vassil to find a way to improve communication.
