The Commercial Board of REALTORS (CBOR) has signed an agreement with the developers of CCIMNET for the exclusive rights, in Michigan, to use the CCIMNET platform to support daCBOR's Commercial Property Information Exchange (CPIX). The CPIX system is a user friendly, statewide database, but also seamlessly interfaces with the national CCIMNET database developed by Catalyst Real Estate Software, Inc. and endorsed by the CCIM Institute.
CPIX is the first Internet-based statewide commercial property information exchange in Michigan. It contains detailed information on commercial properties across the state, including properties listed with real estate brokers and those being offered for sale or lease directly by the owners. Licensed real estate salespeople and brokers, as well as various other professionals affiliated with the real estate industry, who elect to become members of CPIX, will have full access to all of the information contained within the database. Non-members and the general public have limited access to the database, and will be able to see only information on those properties listed with brokers who are members of CPIX.
