| CIMS represents both residential and commercial associations in the greater Bay Area. We manage communities of all sizes and types, and work with both new communities and established ones. Our company formed in 1990 as a sole proprietorship and then changed to a corporation in 1993. CIMS was founded by Steve Weibel, who acted as its guiding force through the 1990’s until early in 2002, when Dan Nelson purchased controlling interest of the business. Today Nelson is Chief Executive Officer, running day-to-day operations. Headquartered in Danville, CIMS maintains a fully staffed office consisting of Property Managers, Customer Service Professionals, an in house Accounting Department, and an Escrow Department.
