Commonwealth Capital Advisors produces programs to enhance and expand the practices of other professional service providers to the small business community. The Company is comprised of Managing Directors located throughout the United States. Our Managing Directors include individuals from the Investment Banking, Securities Brokerage, Legal, Accounting, Information Technology, and Marketing professions. Most of us are entrepreneurs who have successfully raised capital for other companies, as well as, for our own companies. Collectively, we have over 147 years of experience in business organization, deal structuring, securities offering document production, and capital procurement through the issuance of securities.
