Cushing & Dolan was established in 1984 by Leo J. Cushing, as a sole practitioner concentrating on income and estate tax matters. The goal in establishing the firm was to provide the highest quality of legal services at a reasonable cost by drawing on my experience as a Big-8 tax attorney and criminal tax prosecutor for the State Attorney General's office. The firm has grown consistently and this past April was ranked the 65th largest firm in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
