DLB Capital was established in 2006 by Douglas L. Brown, former Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. While at Morgan Stanley, Doug advised companies on over $80 billion in transactions and on average generated over $1 billion in annual revenue. Throughout his career Mr. Brown observed the minimal presence of private equity firms in financial services, the second largest industry sector in the world with $10.8 trillion in Market Capitalization.
Applying experience and rigorous criteria for potential investments, DLB Capital has taken advantage of the opportunities in the underserved financial services sector. We manage different investments in different areas throughout the world, ranging from growth equity investments, operational turnarounds, and start-up companies.
