The Gold Medallion Award recognizes quality web design in a 7 state region by the National Council For Marketing and Public Relations. The Gold Medallion Award placed Encore Mulimedia in 1st place in the 7 state region. The award winning site was produced for Kilgore College by Coy Lothrop, head web and print designer at Encore Multimedia.
