| Founded in 1990, End To End began operations as an engineering services company. The company provided systems design and integration support services to Industry for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and Test Program Set (TPS) contract opportunities. Capabilities were expanded in 1994 to include build to print services for electro-mechanical hardware, cable harnesses and other electronic assemblies. We were however, specifically configured to produce interface device hardware and ancillary equipment for Operational Test Program Sets (OTPSs) utilized by US Navy shipboard and land-base operations.
Continuing to expand, End To End acquired Professional and Technical Services, Inc. (PTSI) in June 1999. PTSI, trading as End To End Technical Services (ETETS) operates as a wholly owned subsidiary and is co-located at End To End's corporate facility in Portsmouth, VA. Over two hundred forty (240) employees located in twenty-six (26) states comprises ETETS employee base. End To End headquarters is located in a HUBZone, Empowerment Zone, Free Enterprise Zone, and Foreign Trade Zone. The Company's core competencies consist of Manufacturing, Government Staffing and Technical Services, and Systems Design and Integration.
Today we have over 300 dedicated professionals supporting the needs of Government and Industry and their mission profiles, as well as serving the needs of our communities, churches and schools.
