| First Bank of the South opened in February 1983 as First National Bank, Rainsville.
In order to provide closer access and better customer service to our customers outside of Rainsville, we opened our Henagar office in February 1995 and our Grant office in March 1998. First Bank of the South takes pride in being one of the few “Home Town” institutions in our service area.
