The managing broker at FCR Inc. is available for just a few fine agents, unlike other larger companies, which have one managing broker for each office (up to a hundred agents). Expertise is readily available on every transaction and therefore decisions are made directly without the interference of a middle manager or bureaucratic policy.
FCR has its own licensed office staff that caters to the needs of their clients. The FCR Inc. team is focused on all clients and their transactions. A small office equals better communication and teamwork, which enables all clients to be treated as if they are our only clients.
