Its products, sold under such brand names as Veggie Nature's Alternative to Milk, Veggie Slices, Veggie Milk, Soyco, Soymage, Wholesome Valley, Rice Slice, Veggy Singles, Lite Bakery and Veggie Lite Bakery, contain low or no fat, low or no cholesterol and no saturated fat, and are lactose- (milk sugar) free, vitamin- and mineral-enriched and have one-third fewer calories and more calcium than conventional cheese.
