| Founded in 2002, VoEx Inc. is an Internet communications infrastructure company enabling access providers (large communications services providers, voice service providers, universities and other major enterprises) to substantially cut telecommunications costs through our Voice over Internet Protocol ("VoIP") platform. VoEx is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
In July 2006, VoEx recruited $12 Million in equity funding to fuel continued growth and enhance the service offering.
