IGC's headquarters are located in Middleburg, Virginia. IGC has traded publicly as a master limited partnership since February 1987 on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) and Pacific Stock Exchange (PSE). IGC has been engaged in diversified real estate development, large scale community development, investment properties and income producing properties for over four decades.
