Karp Frosh is AV-rated (the highest rating a law firm can receive) by Martindale Hubbell, the pre-eminent law firm rating service in the world whose ratings are the result of a peer review system of practicing attorneys. We are a civil litigation oriented firm with offices throughout Maryland and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The Legal Times, a newspaper that covers the metropolitan area legal community, recently listed Karp Frosh as the 5th largest firm in the Washington metropolitan area suburbs. Karp Frosh does not strive to be the largest firm in the area, just the firm that can secure the best measure of justice for our clients.
Although Karp Frosh seeks practical solutions to our clients' problems without resorting to litigation, we pride ourselves on being ready and able to go to court when necessary. Three of our partners are past presidents of the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C. Three partners are recipients of the prestigious Trial Lawyer of the Year award. Our managing partner, Ron Karp, has been selected to appear in Best Lawyers in America, a publication based upon interviews with lawyers and lists less than 1% of the lawyers in the United States. Ron was also selected to appear in the special Millennium Edition of Who's Who in American Law.
