Company founder and president Jo Ann Kauffman established KAI in 1990 to provide government relations services for Native American organizations and tribes. Later, the company shifted its focus to provide professional services to federal, state and tribal agencies. Today, we have expanded into a management services firm providing communications, information technology, research and management support across the United States. The company offers interdisciplinary services that transfer easily to many sectors and audiences.
