Attorney Emily Kelly brings to her clients a high degree of legal experience and wisdom. Ms. Kelly was admitted to practice in 1989. She is a former criminal prosecutor and civil prosecutor for DuPage County. While working as a prosecutor, she supervised the work of other attorneys on a variety of cases.
Ms. Kelly also had the distinct honor of drafting new legislation for the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. She testified before the Illinois state legislature with regard to the needed changes, and the legislation she proposed was enacted into law.
