With my full service plan the articles are filed, you get an actual minute book, a seal and a stock or membership certificates. All organizational documents are fully prepared and "signature ready." There are no hidden costs or extra add-ons. With my low cost plan the articles are filed, you also get an actual minute book, a seal, stock or membership certificates, plus all of the organizational documents included in my full service plan. The difference is that you will have to fill in the blanks in the organizational documents, file those required to be filed with government agencies and pay the filing fees.
