Honey Kessler Amado has been practicing law since 1977. In her early career, she was a family law litigator, representing husbands and wives in the family law department and children and parents in the juvenile dependency court. In 1984, she began representing clients in the Court of Appeal in addition to representing clients in the trial court. Since 1989, her practice has been limited exclusively to the area of civil appeals. Ms. Amado is a specialist in appellate law, certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
