Attorney Howard D. Silver represents consumers in California in such areas as automobile lemon law, used car and auto repair fraud and unfair and deceptive business practices.
Mr. Silver graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California in May 1979. At California Western School of Law, Howard was a staff writer and editor of the California Western Law Review and was the recipient of scholarships and awards for outstanding academic performance and service to the law school.
Mr. Silver has been a member of the State Bar of California since November 1979 and is a member of the Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley and Ventura County California Bar Associations.
