| Magenic Technologies, Inc. was founded in 1995 as Logicon Technologies, Inc. by Paul Fridman and Greg Frankenfield. Our vision was to create a great place for technical people to work that focused exclusively on Microsoft Technologies. It was started in Greg's basement in a suburb outside of Minneapolis, but quickly outgrew that space and had six employees after six months of business.The company grew quickly from 1996-1998, doubling in size and revenues every year. In keeping with their desire to keep the company feeling small - rather than grow a large Minneapolis presence. In order to accomplish this and keep growing, Logicon renamed itself to Magenic Technologies, Inc, (Magenic being comprised of Imagination, Genius, and Logic) and opened it's first office in San Francisco.
