| Nortek Holdings (formerly Nortek, Inc.), through its subsidiaries, makes and distributes building products for the residential and commercial construction, do-it-yourself, remodeling, and renovation markets. Products include kitchen-range hoods, bath cabinets, indoor air-quality systems, specialty electronic products, and HVAC systems for commercial and residential use. It sells residential HVAC products under such brands as Frigidaire and Tappan. Nortek sold its Hoover Treated Wood Products subsidiary and its Ply Gem Industries subsidiary (windows, doors, and siding).
