Teresa will validate that quality systems are in place and functioning optimally throughout the product pipeline to insure that the ultimate customer’s requirements are met and exceeded. The voice of the customer (both internal and external) will play a key role in the evolution of NAR products and services.
With a Bachelor of Science from Southern Wesleyan University and over 21 years of manufacturing quality experience from Michelin Tire Corporation and BMW Manufacturing, Teresa is thrilled at the opportunity to join the North American Rescue team. It was Teresa’s son’s career in the United States Air Force piloting C-17s that drew her to the ground-breaking and patriotic work performed by NAR.
Teresa has also been an active board member for American Society for Quality and is an ASQ senior member and certified quality auditor (CQA). Most recently Teresa worked as a professional recruiter for a local Greenville firm, Godshall Staffing.
