The Bank is a federally chartered savings bank that conducts its operations from its main office located in Fort Dodge, Iowa, and eight branch offices located in Iowa. The Bank is a community-oriented savings institution that is primarily engaged in the business of attracting deposits from the general public in its market areas and investing such deposits in one- to four-family residential real estate mortgages, multi-family and commercial mortgages and, to a lesser extent, secured and unsecured consumer loans, with emphasis on second mortgage loans. |
