ONEOK, Inc. is a diversified energy company that manages its business in six segments: Production, Gathering and Processing, Transportation and Storage, Distribution, Marketing and Trading and Other. The Production segment produces natural gas and oil and owns natural gas and oil reserves in Oklahoma and Texas. The Company owns and operates gas processing plants, as well as gathering pipelines in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas through its Gathering and Processing segment. The Transportation and Storage segment owns and leases natural gas storage facilities and transports gas in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. The Distribution segment provides natural gas distribution services in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. The Marketing and Trading segment markets natural gas to wholesale and retail customers and markets electricity to wholesale customers. The Other segment operates and leases the Company's headquarters building and parking facility.
