| Phaneuf Associates Incorporated (PAI) was founded in 1978 to provide aviation consulting services to the Government and industry. Over the years, PAI has expanded its services to include support in many other areas, including other modes of transportation, environmental subjects, and editorial support. PAI brings practical, effective solutions to the diverse needs of the aviation industry, from internal audits to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulatory issues, to air carrier in-flight operations and maintenance. We also address concerns in other segments of the transportation industry and assess and develop quality monitoring systems in many different applications. Our full-time staff includes individuals with specialized backgrounds in civil and military aviation, aviation maintenance, flight operations, and law. In addition, some PAI personnel have fluent capabilities in French, Chinese, and Spanish. Our clients include many Federal and State agencies, foreign governments, major air carriers, cargo carriers, associations, corporate aviation departments, and repair stations. PAI has expanded its regulatory work to include support to the Federal Highway Administration and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
