Rick Poster has been practicing law for over 15 years and is Board Certified as a Specialist in Criminal Law by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Poster graduated from California State University with a B.A. in Political Science and was certified as a paralegal from the same school. Mr. Poster then graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. Rick spent three years prosecuting at the Ingham County Prosecutors Office in Lansing, Michigan, and five years prosecuting at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in Phoenix, Arizona. Since leaving the County Attorney’s Office, Rick has practiced several areas of law, but now serves as one of Arizona's premier criminal defense attorneys in the greater Phoenix area.
