Raptor Pharmaceuticals Corp. (Raptor Corp.) seeks to acquire, develop and commercialize a portfolio of pharmaceutical products for a range of therapeutic indications. Raptor Corp.’s strategy includes acquiring or in-licensing and developing novel product candidates that target large pharmaceutical markets, which can be rapidly commercialized. Typically, these markets and compounds have been overlooked by major pharmaceutical companies. Raptor Corp. is also developing product candidates to treat orphan indications which, due to their smaller patient population, could potentially have a shorter regulatory pathway. Raptor Corp.’s experienced management team oversees the human clinical trials necessary to establish preliminary evidence of efficacy and seeks partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies for late-stage development and marketing of some of our larger market product candidates.
