Systems, LLC became an independent company in August, 2006, in a
transaction which saw former parent RaySat, Inc. break into two companies.

provider of mobile television to the consumer market, while the focus of
RaySat Antenna Systems, LLC becomes the commercial and government mobile
data market. Staffed by veteran professionals spanning three continents,
RaySat Antenna Systems' management, sales and support staffs are
headquartered in Vienna, VA. Additional facilities, including R&D and sales
