| About five years after my admission to the bar, my brother and I formed Keegan & Keegan. That partnership continued until we agreed to dissolve the firm effective August 1, 1998. During those early years I would try jury cases on behalf of plaintiffs and insurance companies, sometimes as many as two per week. I am proud that my son, Jeff, is now my law partner. We use the latest in available technology. Our law library is on CD ROMs which are accessible from both inside and outside the office. Through the Internet, we utilize various databases that give us up-to-the-minute information in preparing our cases. Technology notwithstanding, there is no substitute for old fashioned hard work. At our firm, we espouse winning for our clients through preparation, persistence, and the personal touch. The goal of our firm is simple: to never forget that if a case is important enough for us to accept, we owe our client the very best expertise we can provide. The formula for winning is no secret--the best lawyer wins most of the time, and the best lawyer is the best prepared lawyer. All victories have their foundation in careful preparation.
