Rubloff Development Group, Inc. is wholly owned by Ron Swenson, Jerry Weber and Bob Brownson who have owned and operated the Company since 1986. During that time, the Company has continued the Rubloff tradition of operating a full service, diversified real estate development company. Since Mr. RubloffŐs death in1986, the company has acquired a broadly diversified portfolio which is rapidly approaching five million square feet of space including shopping centers, office buildings and assorted other commercial develop- ments. This portfolio is spread throughout the Midwest.
In addition to its commercial real estate activities, the Rubloff principals have operated a successful residential construction company since the early 1980Ős which focuses on single and multifamily developments in Northern Illinois. This company operates under the name Hallmark Homes and expects to construct approximately 400 homes per year in the Chicagoland and Rockford markets.
