| Sherman Brothers Trucking originated with the purchase of Williams Transfer, a small moving and storage company in Eugene, Oregon in 1969. This Mayflower agent, now known as Sherman Transfer Co., was the first building block of C.E.O. Leroy Sherman and his brother and current president, Keith Sherman. Sherman Brothers Heavy Trucking, Sherman Transfer Co. and Roseburg Transfer and Storage Co. have since grown to over 340 trucks that service the United States, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Canada.
Sherman Brothers Heavy Trucking maintains a fleet of up-to-date long wheel-based tractors. In addition, the fleet also includes 40-20 flat trailer combinations, lowboys (up to 10 axle combinations), pole trailers and steer-cars, single and double drops, 53', 48' 45' and 40' flats, 48', 50' and 53' curtain-sided tautliner trailers, resin tankers and a large inventory of rubber bladder bags for hauling resin and paint on flatbeds and in chip vans. |
