| ShoreTel recognized the promise of the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) market early on. VoIP is one technology that continues to grow – 37% in 2002, according to the market research firm InfoTech. This trend is expected to continue, taking annual VoIP sales from $950 million today to at least $3 billion by 2006 as businesses replace traditional PBXs, key systems and Centrex service. ShoreTel is expanding even faster than the market, doubling year over year from 2002 to 2003.
