Stephen R. Nestor, graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Government Administration in 1963 from Idaho State University.
Mr. Nestor served his country during the Vietnam Era as a First Lieutenant in the United States Army Airborne Infantry. Upon honorable discharge from the Armed Services, Mr. Nestor obtained a position as a Collection Revenue Officer [CRO] with the Internal Revenue Service [IRS] in the Washington DC area for two years prior to transferring to his home town of Boise, Idaho. He served his remaining tenure of 18 years, as one of the most successful CROs with the IRS, upon retiring as a Senior Revenue Officer.
While working for IRS and afterwards, Mr. Nestor was a volunteer coach, director and founder for a number of athletic and sports program's to benefit children of all ages. He proudly and successfully continues to be involved until this day.
Upon his retirement from the IRS, Mr. Nestor embarked upon a new venture, starting his own professional IRS tax consulting business as an enrolled agent to help people with their tax problems and make a fresh start. As an Enrolled Agent [EA], Mr. Nestor has the authority to practice on your behalf (the client) before the IRS-the same people for whom he used to work. Now he is defending you before the IRS.
