Taxcraft was created by Richard L Kempe MBA, CPA who has been working in the
individual and small business tax arena in northest Ohio for 27 years. A former IRS agent, he is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and has taught Accounting
and taxes for 27 years at several northest Ohio colleges. He believes that transferring the
maximum wealth to the client is his number one priority.
Mr. Kempe has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering(minoring in mathematics), a
Masters in Business Administration(majoring in Accounting), and he passed the CPA
examination in 1974. Beginning with the Masters degree, he has been trained in taxation
four times.
