| Connie Adair, CEO, brings more than 20 years of executive level management experience as well as 10 years of executive recruiting to the role of CEO of Taylor Winfield, Inc.
Her experience covers much of the high-technology spectrum, including the data communications, telecommunications, systems software, capital equipment and optical component areas. Connie has worked with a broad range of clients including Fortune 100 companies, corporations facing rapid change and early stage start-ups.
Connie's current practice concentrates on the recruitment of executives for venture capital funded start-ups, and for established market makers in the technology arena. Her work is most often focused at the senior executive level where the goal is to assist the CEO and/or Board of Directors to achieve their goal of bringing in the top talent to their team. Connie is highly skilled at helping the client company leverage their strengths to identify and close the candidates of their choosing.
