Wm. Scott Ayers received his Bachelor's Degree from Southern Illinois University, where he graduated with honors. He received his law degree in 1986 from Western State University in Fullerton, California. While in law school, he received American Jurisprudence awards in Real Property and Criminal Procedure. Mr. Ayers has served as Judge Pro Tem in the West and the Harbor Justice Centers, and has been a mediator for settlement conferences at various Superior Courts. He was trained as a Master Trial Advocate by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy through the Notre Dame College of Law, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association
