Tom Blue - Founder/CEO

Tom founded Lead411 in 2001, and oversees most operations. Under his leadership, Lead411 has enjoyed strong growth in our database, users, and data gathering resources. Before creating Lead411 Tom was President and Founder of BlueChip Resources, a technical recruiting firm serving Silicon Valley and Southern California. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, Tom began his career as a software engineer at companies including Hughes Aircraft and International Media.

Paul Bach - VP Sales
Managing sales and customer relationship operations, Paul is an information services veteran with nearly a decade of experience in list management, sales, and marketing. Paul is a graduate of Williams College.
Santa Murthy - Head of Operations
Murthy is head of Data Services Operations. He oversees the Lead411 Data Team.
Ted White - Chairman
Ted White serves as Chairman for Lead411. He is currently the President, CEO and founder of Long Term Care Group and has been since 1996. Prior to the formation of LTCG, Ted was first COO and then CEO of First Health Strategies, the nation's largest third-party administrator of long term care.
