Just make sure you deliver something else useful along with your sales pitch, like a clever tip or discount.
5) Use the power of empathy
You want your readers to think of your brand as a friend, so you need to act like a friend. Show your support and empathize with their struggles. Show them that you understand their unique challenges in life, but then tell them how your services or products can help them solve their problems.
